Annual General Meeting 2026: Reflecting on Progress, Looking Ahead
Members, sponsors, partners and friends of the Irish Chamber gathered on 3 June 2026 for our Annual General Meeting, providing an opportunity to reflect on another year of growth, engagement and impact across our community.
The AGM offered a chance to review the Chamber's activities and achievements over the past year, share updates on our strategic priorities, and look ahead to the opportunities that lie ahead for our members and the wider Ireland–Singapore business community.
Over the past 12 months, the Chamber has continued to strengthen connections across our network through a diverse programme of events, industry discussions, business networking opportunities and strategic partnerships. Together, we delivered 42 events, welcomed more than 3,000 attendees, collaborated with 14 partner organisations, and continued to grow our membership and digital reach.
The evening also marked an important moment of transition for the Chamber. We were delighted to officially welcome Grainne McNamara as President of the Irish Chamber of Commerce Singapore and to introduce our Board for the 2026/27 term.
We extend our sincere thanks to outgoing President Joan O'Shea for her outstanding leadership, commitment and contribution to the Chamber over the past year. Under Joan's leadership, the Chamber continued to strengthen its position as a leading business network connecting Ireland and Singapore while delivering significant value to members, sponsors and partners.
We also acknowledge and thank our outgoing Board members for their dedication, expertise and service. The success of the Chamber is built on the commitment of volunteers who generously contribute their time and experience to support our community.
A special thank you to the Embassy of Ireland in Singapore for their continued support, and to all members who attended and contributed to the discussions on the evening.
As we move into the second half of 2026, we look forward to continuing to create opportunities for connection, collaboration and business growth across our network.
Thank you to everyone who has played a part in the Chamber's success over the past year. We are excited for what comes next.
