With St Patricks Day approaching, you dont want to be missing out on any activities. Here is how Singapore is planning to celebrate Ireland’s most popular holiday.
1. Irish American St. Patrick’s Networking Drinks, a collectively planned event by Irish Chamber of Commerce (Singapore) and the American Chamber of Commerce (Singapore). Come join the chamber for an evening of beer, wine, soft drinks, canapes, and most importantly, Guinness! Happening at the Regent Hotel, 10th March, 7pm-9pm. 2. St. Patrick’s Day Street Festival 2017, 17-19 March. Organised by Singapore River One, the street festival held along Circular Road, is in its fifth consecutive year, and its the biggest Irish party in Singapore. A weekend for the entire family- traditional Irish and Rock & Roll music, Irish dance performances, and do we have to say it again? Guinness!! 3. St Patrick’s Day Society Ball, organised by the St Patrick’s Society of Singapore, will be held on the 17th March, at the Shangrila Hotel. One of Singapore’s best loved and longest running annual balls, the night will comprise of music, dancing, raffle accompanied by a delicious 5-course meal.
