The first Chamber lunch of 2012 will be held on Friday 3rd February 12-2pm at Ireland House.

The Chamber will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 16th February, 6.00pm to transact the following business:

1.   To receive from the Board a Statement of Accounts for the 2011 financial year and an estimate of the receipts and expenditure for the current financial year.

2.   To elect a minimum of 8 and up to a maximum of 12 Board Members for the following year.

3.   To elect a President from amongst the newly elected Board Members.

4.   To elect an Honorary auditor for 2012.

5.   To transact any other business which may properly be brought forward at the meeting.

We request that all members attend to ensure we meet quorum. The meeting will be followed by a wine and canapes networking reception.

The Chamber invites all members to an Extraordinary General Meeting and Christmas Drinks on Thursday 8th December at the Tower Club.

The Irish Chamber invites members to attend an Irish Funds Industry luncheon with Mr John Bruton, President of the International Financial Services Centre (Ireland), former Taoiseach (Prime Minister) and EU Ambassador to the USA. Mr Bruton will lead a discussion on the future of the Eurozone and Ireland’s economic recovery, highlighting the opportunities for International Financial Services and the Irish Funds Industry.

The Luncheon is kindly hosted by the Irish Funds Industry Association and IDA Ireland, and is free of charge for attendees. Places are limited and priority will be given to those in the Funds and Finance industries.
